Let’s face it – we all eat more than we think we do. That’s why portion control is so important when you’re trying to lose weight.

Way back in 2003, I wrote my very first book. It was called The Easy-Does-It Diet, and it contained a somewhat radical idea: that you could make your own frozen diet meals ahead of time, and use them to lose weight without needing to count calories or join clubs or stress over the grams of fat contained in each meal. There wasn’t anything magical about it – it was just an easy way to eat less of the ordinary, every-day foods we all enjoy.

It’s now time to do some major revisions of the book to put it out in Kindle form instead of the old-fashioned PDF version, but, frankly, I’m too lazy to do it. Formatting a file this big for Kindle is a lot of work, and there are now several other books available now, anyway. That wasn’t the case back in 2003, but there are now some wonderful books about making your own delicious, healthy frozen meals. I recommend that you check out one of the great books shown below;
